Accomodations

As a GSAHEC-sponsored health professions student, you may be entitled to temporary housing accommodations in our service area. This housing is available to health professions students free of charge and is located just a few miles from each community training site in DeSoto and Manatee Counties. This helps eliminate unnecessary travel as well as provide students with the opportunity to live in the community they serve. The apartments come fully furnished and include the following items in each room:

Kitchen: includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dish soap, salt & pepper and dish towels

Living/Dining Room: TV with basic cable, VCR, desktop computer with Internet access

Bedrooms: you will have to bring your own twin sheets, blankets and pillows
