Accomodations

As a GSAHEC-sponsored health professions student, you may be entitled to temporary housing accommodations in our service area. This housing is available to health professions students free of charge and is located just a few miles from the community training site in DeSoto County. This helps eliminate unnecessary travel as well as provide students with the opportunity to live in the community they serve. The apartment comes fully furnished and includes the following items in each room:

Kitchen: includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

Living/Dining Room: TV with basic cable, desktop computer with Internet access

Bedrooms: you will have to bring your own twin sheets, blankets and pillows, dish soap, dish towels, food and condiments, bath towels and bathroom essentials.
