Conference Coordination Services

An additional service that we provide our community partners is conference planning. We will guide you from the initial stages of program planning and marketing to the on-site coordination, and lastly the final program evaluation and reporting of data.

Here are just some of the components it includes:

Program Development: We will assist you in developing the objectives and goals of your educational event along with the appropriate target audience. We will help you identify and secure speakers using the resources available to us through our academic affiliation with the University of South Florida.

Marketing: Design and distribution of effective promotional items. We have an extensive mailing list of healthcare professionals that can be utilized as well as several methods of registration; on-line, fax and by mail.

Awarding of Continuing Education Credits: We hold provider numbers for the following professions; nursing, licensed mental health counselors, licensed social workers as well as for licensed marriage and family therapists. We coordinate all paperwork and requirements for the appropriate licensure boards and award certificates of completion or official continuing education units at the completion of each program.

Program Facilitation: We will handle all the details and requests of the speakers, negotiate and complete contracts with hotels and provide on site coordination the day of your event. This includes room set-up, registration, audio-visual and technical support as well as the coordination of any meal functions.

Program Evaluation and Data Reporting: We will develop a comprehensive evaluation with summary that will reflect the impact of the program on the participants along with speaker specific questions that are unique to your data needs.
